Queue Management System
- For services that are deemed without a restriction on the number of services, sub-services that separate more detailed operations can be opened.
- People can be called up via software installed on the computer
- If the queue number is redirected to more than one location, that routing may be provided through the computers of the personnel assigned to the same queue number
- The queue management system does not lose the current sequence numbers due to power failure. In case of reopening the system, the queue calls will resume.
- The management of the system is provided by a control computer placed inside the Kiosk and by a special queue management software installed on that computer. The kiosk unit has a printer unit and an optional 19-inch touch monitor.
- The queue ticket from the kiosk unit can be selected directly by selecting the service name.
